The RSL 18 series of ringless (plastic outer ring) full complement cylindrical roller bearings are available in single-row and double-row designs. Featuring a full complement cylindrical roller structure, they offer higher radial load capacity, greater rigidity, and improved resistance to radial impact compared to standard cylindrical roller bearings.

These bearings are engineered for heavy-duty, high-load operating conditions and optimized for mounting in hardened gear bores. They are widely applied in large gearboxes, heavy-duty reducers, construction machinery drives, mining equipment, metallurgical machinery, port lifting machinery, and large-scale transmission systems.

In addition, they perform reliably in wind turbine gearboxes, rolling mills, crushers, conveyor systems, marine transmission devices, and other heavy industrial machinery that requires continuous operation under extreme loads. Their excellent shock resistance, wear resistance, and anti-deformation properties ensure stable and long-lasting performance even under harsh working environments and sustained heavy loads.
