The SL1822.. /NCF22.. series bearings are single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings, belonging to the semi-locating bearing series.

The full complement design, without a cage, makes them suitable for handling large radial and impact loads.

The inner ring typically has two ribs, and the outer ring has one rib. This allows the bearing to axially position the shaft in one direction and withstand axial forces in that direction, while allowing axial displacement in the opposite direction.
