4200 4300 Series Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Both the 4200 and 4300 series ball bearings are double row deep groove ball bearings. Their design is similar to that of single row deep groove ball bearings, but with two rows of rolling elements, their load-carrying capacity is significantly higher than that of single row bearings of the same inner and outer diameters.
The primary differences between the two series lie in cross-sectional dimensions, load capacity and applicable speed, detailed as follows:
  1. Load Capacity & Dimensions (Core Differences)
    • 4200 Series (Light Series): Boasts a relatively compact cross-section. With the same inner diameter, its outer diameter and width are generally smaller than those of the 4300 series, leading to a lower load rating. It is ideally suited for applications with space constraints where single row bearings fail to meet load requirements.
    • 4300 Series (Medium Series): Features a larger cross-section and wider design. This enables it to withstand heavier radial loads and bidirectional axial loads compared to the 4200 series.
