The 4.458 eccentric adjustable composite roller bearing is a heavy-duty combined bearing that integrates radial and axial load bearings. It consists of a main roller (radial load, full complement of cylindrical rollers), side rollers (axial load), and an eccentric shaft.
By rotating the internal eccentric shaft (eccentricity approximately 1.5~2.5mm), the axial protrusion of the side rollers (dimension A) can be finely adjusted to compensate for track wear or installation errors.
First, loosen the screws, then rotate the eccentric shaft and measure the gap. Finally, tighten and secure it.
