LV Series V-Groove Double-Row Track Roller Bearing

Fitting groove diameter (dw): Refers to the diameter of the guide rail cylinder matched by the bearing’s V-groove, which determines the contact precision with the guide rail. Common specifications for the LV series are 10/14/20/30mm.

V-groove angle (α): The mainstream angle is 120°, suitable for 120° V-shaped guide rails or cylindrical guide rails; special models such as LV201-14.2RS feature a 100° angle and must be matched with guide rails of the corresponding angle.

Load capacity & Sealing: The double-row angular contact structure can bear both radial and axial loads simultaneously; ZZ metal shields are suitable for dry environments, and 2RS rubber seals are ideal for humid/dusty working conditions.
