MNVGH-00 Series V-Type Ground Guideway | DIN 6 Class Heavy Load Linear Guide

The MNVGH-00 Series V-Type Ground Guideway is a high-precision, heavy-duty linear motion solution specifically engineered for industrial automation, CNC machining, laser cutting, and material handling systems. Fabricated from 42CrMo or 45# steel, the guideway undergoes quenching followed by six-sided grinding, achieving a hardness of HRC 53–58. This ensures outstanding wear resistance and durability, enabling 24/7 continuous operation.

Boasting DIN Class 6 precision, the series features an integrated guideway-rack design that eliminates tedious alignment work during installation, reduces equipment footprint, and supports infinite stroke splicing to meet custom-length application requirements.
