The outer ring of the compound roller bearing is made of 20CrMnTi steel with surface hardening treatment, and its hardness reaches 58-62 HRC. This material and treatment method give the outer ring excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for various harsh working environments.
The inner ring is made of high-quality Gcr15 bearing steel, with the same hardness of 58-62 HRC as the outer ring. Gcr15 steel has excellent toughness and dimensional stability, which can ensure the high precision and smooth operation of the bearing, reducing friction and noise during operation.
The welding bolts of the bearing are made of C20 steel, which has good weldability and mechanical strength, ensuring the firm connection between the bearing and the equipment, and avoiding loosening during high-speed operation.

The 4.454 (400-0454) is an eccentrically adjustable combined roller bearing designed specifically for high-load linear motion systems. (Adjusted using an eccentric pin gear). OD62.5MM or OD62MM.

Another structure is KRES062.

4.091 Heavy Load Jumbo Combined Roller Bearing with Snap Ring Structure

4.091 is a heavy-duty eccentric adjustable combined roller bearing belonging to the Jumbo series. It can withstand both radial and axial loads simultaneously, widely used in heavy-duty linear motion systems.

With an eccentric shaft design, it allows fine adjustment of clearance. Made of high-quality bearing steel or carburized steel, it features high load capacity, reliable sealing and long service life. It is mainly applied to forklift gantry, parking systems, lifting platforms and heavy conveying equipment.

Based on customer requirements, we can provide two product structures: snap ring type and sealing ring type.

However, according to our past experience, the manually injected oil volume is uncontrollable in the sealing ring structure, which may cause the seal to pop out.

The snap ring structure effectively solves this problem.

The first one complies with WINKEL standard, adopting a snap ring fixing structure, with product model 4.053.
The other one is LIBE brand for the Italian market, featuring sealing rings and screw fixation, with part number MR.0706/MR0706 and marked with 2RS.
No oil filling hole is designed on this bearing, so subsequent relubrication is not available.

4.458 Axial Eccentric Adjustable Combined Roller Bearings

The 4.458 eccentric adjustable composite roller bearing is a heavy-duty combined bearing that integrates radial and axial load bearings. Its eccentric structure allows for precise adjustment of the installation clearance. It is primarily used in heavy-duty forklifts, stackers, and automated production lines.

It consists of a main roller (radial load, full complement of cylindrical rollers), side rollers (axial load), and an eccentric shaft.

By rotating the internal eccentric shaft (eccentricity approximately 1.5~2.5mm), the axial protrusion of the side rollers (dimension A) can be finely adjusted to compensate for track wear or installation errors.

First, loosen the screws, then rotate the eccentric shaft and measure the gap. Finally, tighten and secure it.

The 4.056+AP2-Q is a standard axially fixed composite roller bearing equipped with a black square mounting plate. Its standard outer diameter is 77.7mm, and customized larger sizes including 78.1mm and 81.8mm are also in stock.
This bearing series is extensively applied in heavy-duty linear guide systems, covering forklift masts, stacker cranes, intelligent automated production lines and other mechanical transmission equipment.
Adopting a standard square mounting plate, the AP2-Q can be directly installed on equipment frames. Precisely processed threaded holes on the plate enable direct bolt fastening, eliminating extra complicated machining procedures. Besides, rectangular mounting plate version is optional.
