KDD: Double-sided metal shield, non-contact type. Suitable for high-speed, dry environments with low friction and high allowable speed, medium dust-proof performance
NPP: Double-sided rubber seal (equivalent to standard 2RS), contact type seal. Excellent dust and moisture resistance, ideal for wet and dusty working conditions. Slightly higher friction and slightly lower allowable speed than KDD.
Suffix U = Eccentric pivot design. The clearance between roller and track can be adjusted by rotating the pivot during installation to optimize preload and compensate for installation errors.
No suffix U = Concentric pivot with fixed dimensions. No adjustment required after installation, suitable for scenarios requiring high positioning accuracy and stable working conditions.
